Hello! I’m a junior at the University of Texas at Austin, double majoring in Economics and Government with a minor in Chinese. I hope to earn my JD (ideally here at UT Law) where I can focus on, well I’m not too sure yet. 

Long-term, I’m interested in exploring pathways that connect law, defense, and public-private coordination, possibly through roles as JAG, federal service, or national security law practice.

I started The Precedent as a way to build better habits around writing, reading legal news, and thinking critically about the legal system. It’s part passion project, part learning lab – and I’m proud to see it come to life.
